店の物語Our Story
札幌・北広島・恵庭で愛されるネパールカレーの店「ネパールダイニング」。ここ大曲店の厨房に立つのは、本場ネパールから来たシェフとスタッフです。スパイスの配合も、タンドールで焼くナンも、ネパールの家庭で受け継がれてきたやり方そのまま。
大曲の住宅街で店を続けてこられたのは、近所の家族連れのおかげです。小上がりの席でくつろぐ子どもたち、「ナンおかわり!」の声。お子様メニューも用意して、辛さも一人ひとりに合わせます。初めての方はマイルドから、スパイス好きは激辛まで。
象の置物や観葉植物に囲まれた店内は、ちょっとしたネパール旅行気分。気取らない値段で、本物のスパイスを。それがこの店の変わらないやり方です。
Nepal Dining is a family of curry restaurants loved across Sapporo, Kitahiroshima and Eniwa. Here in Omagari, the kitchen is run by chefs and staff from Nepal — the spice blends and tandoor-baked naan follow recipes passed down in Nepali homes.
Local families keep this place going. Kids relax on the tatami seats and call out for more naan. There is a kids' menu, and every curry can be made mild to extra hot — you choose.
